Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez Take Romantic Date in the South of France After Engagement
The 59-year-old founder of Amazon and the 53-year-old Emmy Award-winning journalist were spotted leaving their most recent destination on their summer vacation in the South of France and entering the beach town of Ze. The duo was seen having lunch together at the renowned La Chèvre d’Or.
Sánzhez glowed for the occasion in a bright orange deep v-neck maxi dress combined with a chic white clutch with gold accents. Bezos chose a more relaxed summer look consisting of a blue shirt and white jeans.

The pair walked hand in hand as they took in the newest stop on their trip, which also includes stops in Ibiza and Cannes, France.
Following the announcement of their engagement in May, they go on vacation. A source told us that after the couple initially made their relationship public in January 2019, Sánchez’s pals were “thrilled Jeff finally popped the question,” adding that they had been discussing a proposal “for a long time.”
“They are really in love with eatchother and happy, which makes everyone who knows them happy,” the source said. “She found the man she wants to spend the rest of her life with, and they felt the time was right.”
In a special letter for Bezos’ birthday in January, Sánchez, a helicopter pilot herself, gushed about all the moments they had shared and referred to him as “the most loving and supportive partner.”
“Happy birthday to the man of my dreams, who lights up my world with his laughter and kind heart. You have shown me that no great love is not bravely fought for,” Sánchez wrote. “I am so grateful for the memories we have made and the adventures yet to come. Here’s to many more birthdays filled with love and laughter.”
A source said in 2021, their desire for serving others was also a “bright spot” in their relationship. “Both Jeff and Lauren are really energized by the work they are doing in philanthropy,” the source said. “It’s been a focus and bright spot for them, particularly over the last year.”
